Zoé Ganch
The Purpose-Driven Creative Director
Growing up in Texas with an American father and French mother (bonjour, y’all!) Zoe Ganch was raised with a profound curiosity for different cultures and experiences. Now in NYC, Zoe’s the experiential creative director at the award-winning experiential agency Factory360, and has built experiences for some of the world’s largest brands (Taco Bell, GrubHub and Instagram to name a few), delivering engaging multilayered experiences that not only spark conversation, but also push boundaries. Before joining Factory360, Zoé was the senior experiential designer at Giant Spoon during COVID’s peak, and she masterfully led her team through several pivots to produce shared-experience projects that were the perfect antidote to everyone’s sense of isolation. And she’s racked up plenty of accolades along the way — including Crain’s and Chief Marketer, and also served as a course professor for Miami Ad School Punta Cana Experiential Bootcamp 2023.
Projects
At Factory360, Zoe Ganch and her team have executed events crafted with thoughtfulness and attention to detail. First, in the summer of 2023, there was Taco Bell x Grubhub Freeze Fest — a private concert in LA, featuring Stephen Sanchez, in celebration of National Frozen Drink Day. To honor what would have been David Bowie’s 75th birthday in late 2021, Zoe et al produced Bowie75 in both London and New York City. The pop-up shop highlighted The Thin White Duke’s artistry and influence on music, fashion, and culture. Zoe’s passion project, Served Up, was a COVID-era, socially distanced, outdoor event series all about providing a safe stage for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and female voices in the arts.
