This Privacy Notice will not apply to information collected by any third party including through any application or content (such as advertising) that may link to or be accessible through or from the Services. More information concerning links to third party sources available on or through the Services is available in the Third-Party Services Section of this Privacy Notice.

Please read this Privacy Notice carefully before using, interacting with or otherwise accessing the Services to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it. Information We Collect

Information We Obtain About You

We and certain of our agents, vendors, consultants and other service providers (collectively “Service Providers”) may obtain information about you in various ways, including, but not limited to, information you upload directly or indirectly by using, interacting with or otherwise accessing the Services or through other automated means. Such information may include both non-personal and Personal Information.

For purposes of this Privacy Notice, Personal Information consists of information that can be used to identify you by itself or when it is combined with other information, such as your name, postal address, zip code, phone number and email address. Non-personal information is information that does not identify you personally or Personal Information that has been “de-identified” or “aggregated.” Other types of information we may collect from you may include, but is not limited to:

We and certain of our Service Providers may obtain information directly or indirectly from you, including without limitation, Personal Information, when you use, interact with or otherwise access the Services. Such interactions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing our surveys, participating in our events, or contacting us.
  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on or through the Services, which includes information provided at the time of registering or subscribing to XP Land’s newsletter (the “Newsletter”).
  • Requests for additional services or reports of problems with the Services.
  • Any search queries you conduct on or through the Services.

Information We Obtain by Automated Means

When you use, interact with, or otherwise access the Services, we and/or our Service Providers may obtain certain information by automated means such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons, and other technologies that collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns on or through the Services. Some of the technologies we or our Service Providers may use for this automated data collection include:

  • “Cookies” which are text files that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other internet-connected devices to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser.

The information we and/or our Service Providers obtain using these technologies and other automated means may include your device IP address, identifiers associated with your devices, types of devices connected to our services, web browser characteristics, device characteristics, language preferences, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, and dates and times of website visits.

Our Services use cookies to improve your experience while you navigate through the website. These cookies as well as the other automated means of collection contained in this Privacy Notice, will help to improve your use of, interactions with and access to the Services by helping us (1) remember your information so you will not have to re-enter it; (2) track and understand how you use and interact with our products and Services; (3) tailor the Services to your preferences; (4) measure the usability of our Services and the effectiveness of our communications; (5) provide customer support; and (6) otherwise manage and enhance our Site, products and Services. The cookies we use on our Site are provided by WordPress and generally fall into a number of categories. Such categories, include:

Such use may include, but is not limited to, analyzing requests and tracking usage patterns so that we may improve our products and Services, enhance our user experience, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

We may use the information we obtain about you, including Personal Information, to:

  • Provide the Services to you;
  • Communicate with you and provide customer or technical support;
  • Send you administrative information (such as information regarding the Services, and changes to our terms, conditions and policies);
  • Send you email digests (such as the Newsletter), surveys and other marketing or promotional materials;
  • Communicate with you to administer your participation in surveys, events, contests and programs;
  • Personalize your experience with our Services;
  • Perform analytics (such as market and consumer research and trend analysis);

Third-Party Services

We control the Personal Information that we collect, but in some cases we use other third parties, including but not limited to Service Providers, who perform services on our behalf, to provide, improve, or secure the Services or for any other purpose for which we use your information as described in this Privacy Notice. Analytics

We use third party Service Providers to enhance the performance, safety, stability, security and functionality of our Services in addition to the purposes set forth in the Cookie Policy Section of this Privacy Notice. Google Analytics is one of our Service Providers that administers services using automated technologies to collect data (such as IP addresses, cookies and other device identifiers) to evaluate the use of our Services and to help us improve your access and visits thereto. Other Online Services and Third-Party Features

Our Services may also provide hyperlinks to websites, locations, platforms, and services operated and owned by third parties (“Third Party Services”) for your convenience and information, and may include third party features such as apps, tools, payment services, widgets and plug-ins (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and Youtube buttons). In addition, our Services may contain features that allow you to interact with, connect to, or facilitate access through certain Third Party Services. For example, you may access such Third Party Services when you, “like” and/or “share” content over social media on or through our Services or through the use of your own social media accounts. These online services and third party features operate independently from us and may use various other tracking technologies to independently collect information about you and may solicit Personal Information from you via your use of their services. Such Third Party Services each contain their own privacy practices, information security policies, terms of use and service and other rules or regulations. As such, your use of any Third Party Services is subject to those privacy practices, information security policies, terms of use and services and other rules or regulations.

Our website is not designed to respond to “do not track” signals received from browsers.

We take your privacy very seriously, and we do not sell, rent or disclose Personal Information we obtain about you in connection with the Services, except as described in this Privacy Notice.

Please note that your opt-out is limited to the e-mail address used and will not affect subsequent subscriptions or non-promotional communications.

Please note that we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and comply with any of your requests. Located in the United States

The Services and all e-mail, text and other communications, including without limitation, the Newsletter, are based in the United States and operate under US law. If you are located outside the United States when you use, interact with or otherwise access the Services or engage in communications with us via mail, e-mail, telephone or any other means, please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located. Any information you provide to us, or that we collect through your use of the Services will be stored, processed, and transferred within, or to, the United States. Children’s Personal Information

The Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age and no one under age 16 may provide any Personal Information to, or through, the Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are under 16, you are expressly prohibited from using and/or providing any information on or to the Services (including without limitation User Contributions) or through any of its features, including, but not limited to, providing any information about yourself to us such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen or user name or social media handle you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. XP LAND XP FRONTS™ PRIVACY NOTICE

Liberty Loves Company, LLC (“Liberty,” “us” or “we”) adopted this policy (the “Privacy Notice”) to reflect our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Notice outlines the types of information, including Personal Information (as defined below), that we may collect from or about you for your participation in the XP Land XP Fronts™ (the “Event”), our practices for using, disclosing, maintaining, and protecting such information, as well as the choices available to you regarding our use of your information. Description of the Event: The first-ever experiential up fronts will be an agenda-setting meeting of the minds for the experiential industry. Designed for a targeted group of senior-level experience makers, creatives, curators, artists, leaders and decision-makers. This useful, thoughtful gathering begins as a preview of C2 Montreal, and invites 350 guests to preview what’s new & next in the industry, find their next creative & brand partners, define their XP strategy for the coming years, and collaborate & close deals.

To participate in the Event by purchasing a ticket, you will be required to provide your information or the information of other individuals as part of a transaction, via Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, the online ticketing software platform used by C2 Montreal for ticket transaction which collects and holds information and processes credit card transactions for attendee tickets.The information you input into the Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, platform is subject to and will be governed by the privacy policy and the user terms and conditions of Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, and of C2 Montreal.

Upon completion of your ticket purchase we will follow up with you via email or via other technology platforms affiliated with the Event, and through our Business Partners (see How We Use Personal Information and How We Share Information).

This Privacy Notice applies to the information that we may collect from or about you or ask that you provide as part of your attendance to the Event. Your attendance at the Event will require you to access Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, and provide certain information. If you refuse to do so, we may ask that you not participate in or be a part of the Event..

For the Event you may be identified in the following roles:

  • Attendee” means you have purchased or provided a code to access a ticket and will attend the event;
  • Speaker” means any individual who is participating on stage at the Event;
  • Sponsor” or “Partner” means an individual who is attending the event as part of a sponsorship or partnership, and may be staffing an activation on behalf of a Sponsor or Partner;
  • Guest” means the individual is the guest of a Speaker or Sponsor or Partner or C2 Montreal or XP Land.
  • “Participant” means an individual that may be identified as one or more of the above

The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Notice was last revised. Unless applicable law prevents or a revision is needed to protect the privacy or security of our Users, we will notify you about any material change that reduces your privacy right in advance so that you have time to review the changes before they are effective. Your participation in the Event after the Effective Date means that you accept the Privacy Notice as revised.

We collect personal information about or from you for the Event primarily through direct communication with you. For example, before you purchase a ticket or use a code to access a ticket for the Event, you may be directed to review this Privacy Notice. If you do not wish to further pursue attending or participating in the Event, you must clearly communicate your wish to withdraw from the Event.

The personal information we collect about or from you may include without limitations: name, address, email, phone number and qualitative input about your professional experience.

If you are under the age of 16, you are expressly prohibited from participating in the Event or providing us your personal information including without limitations, name, address, telephone number, email address, or any other information that may be considered “personal information” or “personal data” under applicable law.

With our event and promotion partners

Our event and promotion partners help us to administer, manage, and improve the Event. Our event and promotion partners support technical processing operations, such as data maintenance, event hosting, analytics, securing our data and systems, marketing and promoting our events, such as the Event, and promoting our event participants, as applicable.

For corporate transactions

We may transfer your personal information if we are involved, whether in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change of ownership or control.

To enforce legal rights

We also share information: (i) if we believe that disclosure would mitigate our liability in an actual or threatened lawsuit; (ii) as necessary to protect our legal rights and legal rights of our Users or other interested parties; (iii) to enforce our agreements with you; and (iv) to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing.

For purposes of the information we are collecting and using for this Event, we do not use cookies and other data tracking technology to collect and use personal information about you, but C2 Montreal and Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, may use cookies in order to operate the platform and assist in the performance of the Event. Please see the C2 Montreal and Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, privacy policy for how they use cookies.

As in Personal Information that We Collect & How We Collect, we collect personal information from you through direct communication—e-mail, snail mail, text or phone call or through your provision of information directly to us or the Event’nroll, a division of Spordle, platform.

  1. How We Protect & Retain Information

We use physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, theft, and loss. We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need access to manage and administer the Event or perform their job functions. We have procedures to manage personal data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator when we are required to do so. You understand and agree that we may deliver electronic notifications about breaches of security to the email address that you provided to us.

Although we take precautions intended to help protect the personal information that we process, no system or electronic data transmission is completely secure. Any transmission of your personal information is at your own risk and we expect that you will use appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. If you believe that your account or personal information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately privacy@xp.land

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected—the Event), comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and comply with any of your requests, and as outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

As a U.S.-based company subject to U.S. laws, we are committed to providing you control of your Personal Information we collect and maintain to the fullest extent of your privacy rights under applicable U.S. law. If you exercise any of your privacy rights explained in this Privacy Notice, you have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice applies to the processing of Personal Information (see table below) of residents of the State of California (California Consumers) as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and its implementing final regulations.
