As our Frontend Developer/Architect, you will be my partner in crime (I’m the CTO), helping architect, design, and develop our platform into a beautiful, seamless, and leading-edge experience. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining our technology stack, mobile app strategy, and overall front-end architecture while creating a digital presence that sets us apart as industry leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Build a Component Library: Design and develop reusable components to serve as the foundation of our frontend ecosystem.
• Architect the Frontend: Define the structure, tools, and best practices to build and maintain a scalable, high-performance site.
• Develop with Headless CMS: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate a headless CMS and bring dynamic content to life.
• Push Boundaries of Design: Create a cutting-edge user experience that’s responsive, intuitive, and visually stunning.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure our site reflects our creative vision and brand identity.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and adopt the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and practices.
• Deliver Excellence: Implement modern testing practices and deployment pipelines to ensure a flawless experience across all devices.

What We’re Looking For

• Startup Rockstar: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to work long hours building something amazing.
• Technical Expertise: Core Skills: React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Styling Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Sass, Less.
• Responsive Design: Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs across devices.
• Testing & QA: Experience with Playwright, Jest, or similar tools.
• Performance Optimization: Lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimization are second nature.
• Deployment Knowledge: Familiarity with pipelines and modern CI/CD practices.
• Creative Vision: A passion for beautiful, user-centered design and innovative solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communicator who can work seamlessly with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
• Pioneering Spirit: Someone who could have been on the founding team of Airbnb or Spotify.
